Catering

To Book an Event: Williams Brothers does not require any deposit or down payment to book a date for your event. We do require your name, phone number, address and a credit card number to be put into our files. The credit card will not be charged unless you cancel 29 or fewer days prior to the event. In this instance there will be a fee of $100 charged.

China Rental: $6.50 extra per person*. This price per person includes: Busing Table Services, Dinner Plate, Salad Plate, Fork, Spoon, Knife, and a Water Goblet.
The customer may choose to rent china from another company. If this is the case they are responsible for finding a crew for busing tables. Table busing is only included with the purchase of Williams Brothers China Rental.

If the customer chooses to rent china from another vendor and needs Williams Brothers to provide a Busing Service; it can be provided for a fee beginning at $3.00 extra per person.

Williams Brothers will not reduce the dinner package price per person if the customer provides their own china, paper plates, or disposable silverware. Even though disposable dinnerware is included in the dinner package price per person, there is no discount for not using the dinnerware provided.

Linen Rental: $8.00 to $25.00 each (depending on size and color). The customer is responsible for picking up and setting up the linens. They are also responsible for returning the linens within the next 3 days after the event. The customer will provide the sizes of the tables and then Williams Brothers can provide a better estimate of the cost per linen.

Cake Cutting: Williams Brothers can provide Cake Cutting Services for a fee beginning at: $115.00

Meat Carved on Site: Most of Williams Brothers Meat Choices can be carved on site for a fee beginning at $75.00

Sunday or Holiday Fee: All events catered on Sunday or any Holiday will have an extra fee beginning at $150.00

Venue Fee: Some venues charge outside caterers a fee for catering at their location. It is always advised you ask your venues ahead of time if they charge a fee for outside caterers. If the venue charges Williams Brothers a fee, you the customer will be responsible for paying that fee. Some of these will be percentages of the total bill and some will be a flat rate.

Delivery and Travel Fees: Williams Brothers does charge a delivery or travel fee when catering any events outside the city limits of Washington, MO. The fees are assessed by the miles driven. For every mile our location is away from the event location is $1.00 each way. For instance if the location is 15 miles away the delivery fee/travel fee will be $30.00 in total.

Roast Beef – Roasted beef round roast with Williams Brothers Special Seasoning & Served Sliced with Beef Gravy, Williams Brothers Famous BBQ Sauce, or Aju.

Roast Turkey – Roasted whole Turkeys with Williams Brothers Special Seasoning, Carved & Served with Turkey Gravy, or Aju.

Roast Pork – Roasted Boneless Pork Loin with Williams Brothers Special Seasoning & Served Sliced  with Pork Gravy, Williams Brothers Famous BBQ Sauce, or Aju.

Baked Ham – Williams Brothers Gourmet Ham Baked with Our own Honey Apple Glaze.

Mostaccioli  – Old Fashioned mostaccioli  made with Williams Brothers Award Winning Italian Sausage served with a delicious homemade pasta sauce

Smoked Pulled Pork – Slow smoked with our Williams Brothers Special Seasoning and Served plain or with Williams Brothers Famous BBQ Sauce. 

Smoked Pulled Chicken - Slow smoked with our Williams Brothers Special Seasoning and Served plain or with Williams Brothers Famous BBQ Sauce

Smoked Pulled Beef - Slow smoked with our Williams Brothers Special Seasoning and Served plain or with Williams Brothers Famous BBQ Sauce

BBQ Chicken – Grilled to perfection whole chickens, boneless breasts of chicken or 8 piece cut.  Serve seasoned with or without BBQ sauce. 

BBQ Pork Steaks – Williams Brothers Famous Pork Steaks grilled with Williams Brothers Special Seasoning and served with or without BBQ Sauce. 

Beef Stroganoff – Fresh Ground Beef sautéed with red peppers and onions and mixed with noodles and beef gravy.

Lasagna - Old Fashioned Lasagna made with a delicious homemade pasta sauce, and three Italian Cheeses.

Fried Chicken – Battered in Williams Brothers Secret Chicken Breading and deep fried


Entrée Package # 2: Choice of One Entrée  and three sides.  Price of package begins at $10.99 per person.  Choose one entrée from below:

 

Grilled Pork Tenderloin – Your Choice of Butter Garlic Marinated or California Black Rub. Slowly Grilled and Sliced.

Hickory Smoked Pork Chops – Naturally Hickory Smoked Pork Chops. 8 – 12 oz. Serving.

Marinated Chicken Breast – Boneless, skinless breast marinated 24 hours in your choice of marinates and grilled to perfection. 

Marinated Pork Loin – Boneless Pork Loin Roast marinated 24 hours in your choice of marinates and grilled to perfection. 

Chicken Cor-Don-Bleu – Boneless, skinless chicken breast stuffed with Prosciutto Ham, Swiss, and Provel Cheeses and lightly breaded.  May be served with Hollandaise Sauce, or Williams Brothers Famous Past sauce.

Smoked Beef Brisket – Dry rubbed with Williams Brothers Famous Prime Rib meat rub and slow smoked with natural hickory smoke.  Sliced and served with our BBQ sauce or aju.   

Double Thick Pork Chops – Bone –in pork chop cut double thick and baked with Mushrooms and homemade brown gravy. 

Chicken Alfredo – Pasta with seasoned chicken breast, broccoli, and covered in a homemade four cheese Alfredo Sauce. 

Pasta Con Broccoli – Shell Pasta, fresh broccoli, and diced red peppers, covered in a homemade four cheese Alfredo Sauce.

Cajun Shrimp and Penne Pasta – Cooked shrimp and Penne Pasta tossed in a Cajun Alfredo Sauce.

Sausage and Seafood Jambalaya – Williams Brothers Award Winning Andouille sausage and shrimp mixed with Cajun rice.

Chicken Spedini - Boneless Skinless chicken breast stuffed with Williams Brothers famous Italian Sausage and Swiss and provel cheeses.  Served with our homemade pasta sauce.   

Chicken Parmesan – Lightly breaded boneless chicken breast topped with our famous pasta sauce and parmesan and provel cheeses.

New York Strip Steak – Top Choice aged New York Strip Steak cut 12 oz and grilled by Williams Brother’s master grill team.

Porterhouse Steak – Top Choice aged Porterhouse Steak cut 16 oz seasoned perfectly and grilled by Williams Brother’s mater grill team.
