Full Payment on processing fee is due at the arrival of the deer!  NO DEER WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PAYMENT.   

PROCESSING PRICES DO NOT INCLUDE SAUSAGE!


Skinning and Processing (any size):    $105.00

Skinning and Processing (Save hide): $112.00

Processing of a fully skinned deer:  $95.00

Special Skinning and Processing:  $155.00          

Processing of a Quartered Deer:   $1.25 per lb.   

*Grinding Only: $ 0.60 lb.

*Grinding and Wrapping Only  $0.99 lb.

Pork Trimming: (20% standard)  $1.99 lb.

Beef Trimming (20% standard)     $3.99 lb.

Tallow:(20% standard)    $0.89 lb.

Skull Cap:  $5.00

All Deer Sausage is priced SEPERATELY from the deer processing price (see above). Processing Price does not include Sausage!


Summer Sausage:  $4.49lb.

Salami:  $4.29lb.

Salami with Jalapeno and Cheddar: $4.49lb.

Salami with Cheddar:  $4.49 lb.

Snack Sticks:  $4.99lb.

Snack Sticks with Cheddar:  $4.99lb

Snack Sticks with Jalapeno & Cheddar:  $4.99lb

Jerky (Whole Muscle):  $7.99lb

Bratwurst:  $2.99lb

Link Breakfast Sausage:  $2.99lb

Link Italian Sausage:  $2.99lb.

Bratwurst with Cheddar:  $3.29lb

Bratwurst with Jalapeno and Cheddar:  $3.29lb.

Venison Bacon: (ground and formed):     $3.99lb. 


All Sausages and Salami, Snack Sticks are mixed with lean pork.  Finished Product will be 50% Venison and 50% Pork.  The total price due will be on FINISHED WEIGHT!  Please allow up to 6 months (From Jan 1st 2017) for your sausage to be completed.  Storage fee will be assessed for any venison not picked up in a timely manner!
